About Una

Executive leadership with a community-first perspective.

Una Wirkebau is an executive leader and regional strategist with more than 30 years of experience translating complex community priorities into funded, implementable initiatives.

Her work spans housing, workforce, tourism, infrastructure, economic development, organizational change, and public-private partnerships across the western United States and internationally.

Una combines public-sector leadership, entrepreneurship, facilitation, and hands-on delivery. She is known for listening carefully, connecting unlikely partners, and turning broad ambitions into measurable next steps.
